Future Simple Usage 1: we use Future Simple Tense to express spontaneous decisions. It means we did not plan to do something. The decision to do something comes on the spot, on the go, it’s not pre-planned. Another way to explain it, the decision to do something comes at the moment of speaking.

 I’ll open the door.

 We will call you.
