Present Continuous Usage 4: With “always”, “constantly” to express irritation

We use Present Continuous to show irritation or express or opinion on an action in a humorous, sarcastic or hyperbolic way. We use “always”, “constantly” with Present Continuous to express that.

He is always pointing at others!

In the above example it may be an irritation or sarcasm, depending on context

They are always coming late!
